These terms govern your use of Branding Pioneers' voice-agent platform. They are placeholder text — see our privacy notice for the DPDP Act, 2023 disclosure that is finalised.

1. The service
Branding Pioneers provides a multi-tenant voice-agent platform that connects telephony (VoiceLink, Indian DIDs) to a Gemini Live AI agent for inbound and outbound phone calls.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to make unsolicited calls, impersonate third parties, record calls in jurisdictions where consent has not been obtained, or otherwise violate applicable telecom regulations (TRAI, UCC, TCPA, etc.).
3. Your account
You are responsible for credentials issued to your workspace and for activity performed under your tenant. Notify us immediately at support@aitelz.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. Billing & credits
The platform is billed in credits consumed per second of talk time. Top-ups are non-refundable once the corresponding invoice has been issued, except as required by Indian consumer law.
5. Data & privacy
Personal data is processed per our privacy notice. The DPDP Act, 2023 governs Data Principal rights.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time from settings.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
